These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Lazy Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of Louf, including the website at louf.ai, the Louf app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Louf is

Louf is a product discovery service. We show products from independent brands and retailers, with images, prices, descriptions, notes and links to buy on the brand’s or retailer’s own website. We do not sell products. Payment, shipping, returns and customer service are handled by the retailer you buy from.

2. Accounts

You can browse Louf without an account. To save items, build lists or keep your taste profile, you need an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Affiliate links

Some links on Louf are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them at no extra cost to you. Commissions do not influence which products we show or how we rank them. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Product information

Prices, availability, descriptions and images come from brands and retailers and can change without notice. We try to keep information accurate but make no guarantee that it is complete or current. Check the details on the retailer’s site before you buy. Notes and recommendations on Louf are opinions, not warranties about any product.

5. Third-party sites

Louf links to websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and design are owned by Lazy Technologies LLC. “Louf” and the Louf logo are trademarks of Lazy Technologies LLC. Product images, descriptions, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to help you discover and buy their products.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, scrape or copy it at scale, interfere with its operation, impersonate anyone, or send unsolicited promotions.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT PRODUCTS SOLD BY RETAILERS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAZY TECHNOLOGIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazy Technologies LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
