Short version: some links on Louf are affiliate links. If you buy something after tapping one, the retailer may pay Louf a commission. You pay the same price either way, and it never changes what we show you.

How it works

Louf is a product discovery service operated by Lazy Technologies LLC. We show products from independent brands and retailers and link to their websites. Some of those links go through affiliate programs, run by affiliate networks or by brands directly. When you buy through one of those links, the retailer may pay us a commission or a fixed fee.

What this means for you

1. No extra cost. The commission comes from the retailer, not from you.
2. We are not the seller. You buy from the retailer on their site. They handle payment, shipping, returns and customer service.
3. Independent picks. Which products you see, and in what order, is based on your taste and our editorial judgment. Brands cannot pay to appear in your feed, and whether a link earns a commission does not affect ranking.
4. Prices can change. Prices and availability come from the retailer and may change. Check the retailer’s site before buying.

Where we disclose

We show a plain-language note next to the buy button on every product, and link to this page from our site.

Compensation we may receive

• A percentage of the sale when you buy through an affiliate link
• A fixed fee per sale or per click in some programs
• Occasionally, product samples for review, which we will disclose where relevant

This disclosure follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on endorsements (16 CFR Part 255).
